一、学科(专业)概况(Overview of the Discipline

本学科1995年获硕士学位授予权,2000年获博士学位授予权,2008年被确定为省级重点学科,2009年被批准为省级“提升高等学校核心竞争力学科建设工程”的“高水平重点学科”,2010年、2013年分别被确定为“提升高等学校核心竞争力特色学科建设工程”的“特色突出计划”,2014年被确定为省级一流学科,国内、外具有较高知名度。学科师资力量雄厚,教学、科研能力强,研究生培养经验丰富,目前共有校内、外博士研究生导师20人,拥有含省级教学名师在内的专职教师50人,其中教授16人,副教授15人,具有博士学位的34人。学科拥有省级重点实验室、省级创新团队和国家特色建设专业,可以为相关科研工作提供完善的条件。

The discipline was authorized to award master degree in 1995, and doctorate degree in 2000. In 2008 the discipline was agreed to be the provincial key discipline of Liaoning province, and in 2009 it was approved as the "high level key disciplines" in "enhancing core competitiveness of higher school discipline construction project". In 2010 and 2013 the discipline was respectively determined to be listed in the "outstanding features plan" of a project called "enhancing core competitiveness of colleges and universities’ characteristics discipline construction engineering" by Liaoning province. In 2014 it was identified as first-class discipline in Liaoning province. The discipline has enjoyed high reputation both at home and abroad. The discipline owns highly qualified faculty members with strong teaching and research capabilities, and rich experiences in guiding doctoral students. At present there are 20 doctoral supervisors in the discipline. The discipline owns 50 full-time teachers, among them are 16 professors, 15 associate professors, and provincial-level outstanding teachers, and 34 teachers hold doctor degrees. The discipline owns provincial-level key laboratories, provincial-level innovation teams, and national-level majors with characteristics, thus it can providing perfect conditions for scientific research.

学科以区域社会经济发展和煤炭等行业为依托,在管理科学理论与方法、信息系统与智能决策、工程与项目管理、区域经济社会发展与创新等方面,取得了丰硕研究成果,形成了鲜明的能源和区域特色。近年来承担了国家自然科学基金项目、国家社会科学基金项目、国家863计划项目、国家科技支撑计划项目、教育部人文社科项目及辽宁省自然科学基金项目等三百余项各级各类课题的研究工作,每年在国内外重要刊物发表高水平论文近百篇,获得国家、省部级科研奖励24项。

On the basis of regional social and economic development and industries such as coal industry, the discipline has made great achievement in management science theory and method, information system and intelligent decision-making, engineering and project management, regional economic development and innovation, etc., and has formed a distinctive feature characterized by energy and regional economics. In recent years the discipline has embarked on over 300 research projects such as State Natural Science Fund, State Social Science Fund, State “863” Plan, State Science and Technology Support, Liberal and Social Science Projects of State Education Ministry, and Liaoning provincial natural science fund projects. For each year, nearly 100 academic papers were published in high-level journals at home and abroad, and 24 state-level or provincial-level prizes were awarded.

学科目前在校博、硕士研究生一百余人,博、硕士研究生每年招生近40人。

Currently there are over 100 doctoral and master students. Nearly 40 doctoral and master students are enrolled annually. 

二、培养目标Training Objectives

在“互联网+人工智能”的新经济和新时代下,以立德树人为根本任务,培养理想信念坚定,适应国民经济建设与社会发展需要,德、智、体、美全面发展,拥有深厚人文素养,具有坚实宽广基础理论和系统深入的专门知识,具备较强的批判性思维和创新性思维,恪守学术道德,能够全面、系统地把握管理科学与工程学科相关研究前沿动态、提出研究问题,熟练应用管理理论与方法,解决管理工程实践问题并取得创新性成果,具有国际视野和家国情怀的从事高水平学术研究、教学以及复杂系统管理的高层次人才。

Under the new economy and in the new era characterized by “the Internet and artificial intelligence”, the discipline takes high moral values and people cultivation as a fundamental task, aiming to cultivate people, who have firm ambition and belief, can meet the requirements of national economic construction and social development, make all-round progress in moral, intellectual and physical qualities, possess profound humanistic qualities, have solid and broad theoretical basis and systematic and profound professional knowledge, have relatively strong critical and innovative thinking ability, stick to academic ethnics, can fully and systematically comprehend research frontier, and identify research projects in management science and engineering, can skillfully apply management theories and methods to solve practical problems in management engineering areas and make innovation achievement, have international horizon and feelings of nation and country, and the ability to conduct high-level academic research, teach, and manage complex systems.

三、培养要求Training Requirements

1)坚持正确政治方向,较好地掌握马克思主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想、科学发展观及习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想理论;拥护中国共产党的领导,热爱祖国和人民,拥有正确的人生观、世界观、价值观,遵纪守法、品行端正、诚实守信;恪守学术道德,崇尚学术诚信,热爱科学研究,具有严谨的科研作风和锲而不舍的钻研精神;

The students should stick to correct political orientation, and master Marxism, Maozedong Thought, Dengxiaoping Theories, the important thoughts of “Three Represents”, the Scientific Development Concept, and Xijinping’s Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. The students should advocate the Chinese Communist Party’s leadership, love their nation and people, possess correct outlook on life, on world and on values, abide by the law with desirable conduct, honesty and trustworthiness. They should stick to academic ethnics, uphold academic honesty, love scientific research, and have vigorous research style and perseverant research spirit.    

2)适应科技进步和社会经济发展的需要,掌握本学科坚实宽广的基础理论和系统深入的专门知识,深入了解本学科国内外研究发展现状、态势、先进技术方法和现代技术手段,具备独立地、创造性地从事科学研究和探索解决管理工程理论与实践问题的能力;

The students should meet social development requirements, master solid and broad theoretical basis, and systematic and profound knowledge in this discipline. They should profoundly understand the current status, development trends in the discipline, and advanced technological methods and modern technological means. They should have the ability to independently and creatively conduct scientific research and explore to solve the problems in management engineering theory and practice.    

3)至少熟练掌握英语,能熟练地阅读本学科的外文资料,具有较强外文写作和翻译能力,具备瞄准国际学术前沿开展国际学术研究和学术交流能力;

The students should at least comprehend the English language, can expertly read foreign language material in this discipline, with strong writing and translation ability in English, and have the ability to development international research and academic communication.

4)深入掌握互联网及人工智能背景下专业相关信息技术工具,能熟练应用各种本专业领域高级分析软件解决实际问题;

The students should master the Internet- and artificial intelligent-related information technology, can skillfully apply sophisticated professional software to solve practical problems. 

5)具有良好的职业道德和奉献精神,具有强烈的事业心和创新精神,具备较强的沟通交流能力、组织协调能力、团队合作精神及语言文字表达能力、写作能力。

The students should have good professional ethnics and a spirit of devotion. They should have a strong sense of career and a spirit of innovation, with relatively strong communication skill, coordination skill, teamwork skill, verbal and writing skill.

四、学制与学习年限(School System and Schooling Period

学制3年,学习年限为3~5年,其中硕博连读研究生学制为5年,一般学习年限不超过6年。

School system: 3 years. Schooling period is 3 to 5 years, Master-doctor combined program is 5 years, and the general period of study is no more than 6 years.

管理科学理论与方法

Management science theory and method

主要围绕各类社会经济系统和工程系统中的科学决策,以及管理实践中的理论及方法展开研究,应用逻辑推理、定量分析、实证研究等科学方法,为研究和解决各类管理问题提供基础理论、方法及技术支撑。

It mainly   deals with scientific decision-making in social and economic systems and   engineering systems; it also covers the research in management theory and   method. It applies logic reasoning, quantitative analysis, empirical study   etc. to provide basic theory, method, and technical support for studying and   solving all kinds of management issues.

信息系统与智能决策

Information   system and artificial decision-making

主要围绕矿山及其他行业数据分析与智能决策、基于大数据驱动的智能化管理、矿山信息化建设、基于信息融合的系统诊断技术等方面开展系统的理论、算法和应用技术的创新研究。

It mainly   covers the area of data analysis and intelligent decision-making, big data   driving-based intelligent management, coalmine informatization, information   integration-based system diagnosis in coalmine and other industries, it   focuses on the innovative study in their related theory, algorithms, and   applied technologies.

工程与项目管理

Engineering   and project management

主要对建设工程项目、矿山生产运营项目以及其他大型复杂项目进行全过程管理的理论研究和技术支持。利用系统科学、优化理论与信息技术等现代科学管理方法,解决大型项目的项目治理、投融资管理、服务创新与服务设计、项目成本管理、风险与安全管理、环境与生态管理,智能施工管理以及工程项目的集成控制技术等方面的问题,为决策者选择方案提供定量支撑依据。

It mainly   deals with theoretical study and technical support for construction projects,   coalmine operation projects and other large and complex projects in their   full management cycle. It applies system science, optimization theory, and   information technology to solve the problems of project governance, financing   management, service innovation and service design, project cost management,   risk and safety management, environment and ecology management, intelligent   construction management, and engineering project integrated control   techniques, thus providing quantitative support for decision-makings to   select alternatives.

区域经济社会发展与创新

Regional economic   and  social development and innovation

主要围绕区域经济社会发展中区域开发与建设、产业发展和创新演化、区域资源综合优化配置与合理利用、区域发展与创新生态系统、区域经济规划与管理、企业及产业创新与管理、区域经济社会与环境协调发展、区域创新政策等进行研究。

It mainly   deals with the regional development and construction, industry development   and innovative evolution, regional resources optimized allocation and   reasonable utilization, regional development and innovative eco-system,   regional economy planning and management, enterprise and industry innovation   and management, harmonious development of economy, society and environment,   and regional innovation policy etc.
